When and what inspired you to start paragliding?:
I started flying five years ago. I’d always been drawn toneverything related to aeronautics, and one day I suddenly felt it was time to fly in some way. That’s when paragliding entered my life and has stayed.

What are your favorite flying spots?:
I’m from a small town in the Basque Country, Azpeitia, and I really enjoy flying in my local area, which is a mountain thermal flying zone with a strong influence from the sea due to its proximity. I also really like the Pyrenees, such as the Tena Valley in Aragon. But I have to admit that I’m deeply in love with the Alps and the flying conditions there.

What is your best flight or adventure?
I really enjoy bivouac flying. Especially solo. I have very good memories crossing the central Balkans in Bulgaria. I also remember flights where, after crossing the Mont Blanc massif and flying through very deep and wild valleys, I ended up bivouacking in the Aravis or the Ecrins.
