Soheil Barikani joins our team as Sales Manager

A record-breaking pilot with extensive experience in competition flying and the paragliding industry

We are proud to announce that Soheil Barikani has joined our team as our new Sales Manager, strengthening our international presence and bringing valuable expertise from across the global paragliding community.

Soheil is widely recognized in the paragliding world as both a top-level cross-country competition pilot and an experienced industry professional. With a background in mechanical engineering specialized in fluid dynamics, he combines technical knowledge with real-world flying performance, an approach that aligns perfectly with our philosophy.

In his new role as Sales Manager, Soheil will focus on strengthening our global sales network, supporting pilots and partners, and contributing to the continued growth of our brand in key markets worldwide.

Beyond competition, Soheil has played a key role in developing the paragliding scene in Iran as the founder of CloudBase Paragliding Club and Service Center, the country’s first structured service center. He has also worked extensively as a dealer and distributor for leading global brands, building strong networks within the industry.

Soheil will also be flying for Gin Gliders as a Factory Pilot, further strengthening the connection between product development and real-world performance.

Throughout his career, Soheil has been actively involved at the highest level of the sport, contributing not only through competition results but also through product development and pilot feedback. His achievements include an impressive Asian free distance record of 441 km, as well as multiple wins in international competitions and Paragliding World Cup (PWC) events. He is also a former Iranian national champion and has completed landmark flights such as crossing the Alborz mountain range and flying over Mount Damavand at 5,800 meters.
