Im Jahre 2005 nahm sich das GIN Team eine Auszeit der unvergesslichen Art, statt R&D und Wettkampf stand eine Reise nach Peru am Programm. Der Trip führte sie nach Lima, an die Strände von Paracas und in die Berge um Cusco. Das Highlight war jedoch ihr Flug über die Nasca-Linien. Nach einem Bürokratie-Marathon und dem Kampf mit der Logistik flogen sie als erste Gleitschirm-Piloten über diese riesigen Geoglyphen der peruanischen Wüste.
