My passion outside paragliding?: Nothing.
A real passion doesn't leave space for any others. I do like reading, skiing, snowboarding and swimming, but paragliding takes up most of my time.

I've been flying since the age of 14 (half of my life now). I started flying because of mountaineering. For my father, paragliding appeared to be a good method of descending from the mountains. Very quickly however, it appeared to me like a good means to stop any kind of physical activity!.
Little by little, I flew longer and faster, without ever thinking about competition. In the past I’ve quit other sports as soon as I began to take part in competitions. But for paragliding, it's different. Indeed, competitions are the best way to learn. Results were never my priority (they came naturally when I began to fly Gin ;-) ), only the pleasure of flight. Maybe that's why I'm not fed up yet?.

I studied engineering in Grenoble, the easiest way I found to be a student for as long as possible, and for maximum flying. When I started work, I realized that I was absolutely not made for the job. So I switched to paragliding full time. Now I'm working with Denis Cortella, of Kortel Design.

My best flight: It could be an FAI triangle of 195 km in the Alps, or a straight flight of 220 km. But what I really prefer is a perfect day of 18 hours of soaring on the Dune de Pyla, playing endlessly in the sand and making wagga all day long!
