At a glimpse of the canopy, you will find the Boomerang 6 has been designed and engineered for pure performance. We have developed new design software to enable us to integrate many new ideas into our next generation of wings. These new wings are a combination of the best of our imagination and our experience in competition.

Based on a complete new aerodynamic concept without any equivalence on the current market, the Boomerang 6has outstanding performing features not to be compared with others.
The Boomerang 6 has an excellent pitch stability without sudden surges and allows the pilot to feel the internal pressure of the canopy as he or she pushes the speed bar. So the pilot can feel comfortable and confident to use the speed bar. The Boomerang 6 climbs really well—its minimum speed is very low, so

it is easy to adapt the turn radius and speed to match the changes of thermal shape and size during the climb.

The Boomerang 6 performs really well at high speeds, providing the best ratio of sink rate to stability. The very long trimming work has been necessary to find the perfect balance for the complete range of speeds.

The Boomerang 6 is a work of true craftsmanship: multiple reinforcements in all axes (wingspan + cord + profile); complex diagonals system; double leading edge Rigifoil system (mix of Rigifoil + internal Rigifoil Max, some of them going along the complete cord); Rigifoil type reinforcements on line attachment points; judicious selection of fabrics, webbing, Dacron, tapes—each of different weight and stiffness to maximize the wing tensions.

The line cascade is made of 100% Aramid with reinforced splicing in the line core and with an external sleeve added just at the end of the line in contact with the metal carabiner.
The 6 riser bands in Kevlar webbing and Harken ball bearing pulleys share the 3 rows of lines to utilize the performance potential of the wing at all speeds with the best stability.
Stability has been the watchword in the Boomerang concept for 10 years. Gin feels that competition pilots must, above all, feel comfortable with their wings in order to get the best out of them. The Boomerang 6 is faithful to this concept.
