The racing has started! The 30 athletes are now hiking and flying across the 850 km route through the Alps from Dachstein (Austria) to Monaco (France). The competitors must carry all their flying equipment, and either walk or fly. The race goes on day and night, sun or snow, until the first pilot lands in Monaco.
Amongst them are 3 official GIN Team Pilots: Martin Müller, Vincent Sprungli and Kaoru Ogisawa. They
are flying special ultralight version X-Alps Boomerang 5’s.
