XL size - Pilot over 185cm (seat plate 36cm wide)

6. Toyota VS. Genie II:

And the winner is... the Genie II Chris Santacroce from Superfly Inc.,
GIN distributor in USA, got a shock recently when a pilot visiting the Point of the Mountain decided to test the protection in his new Genie 2 harness. The pilot was finishing a tight turn on landing when he hit Chris's Toyota truck... causing $4000 worth of damage!
The pilot's only injury was a sprained ankle from hitting the rear view mirror!
The Genie 2 harness with DHV certified 22cm back protector and side impact survived to fly another day...

7. Oasis Italian Champion DHV1-2

In his first year of National competition,
Gin Italy Team pilot Federico Nevastro has won the Italian Championships (DHV 1-2),
held at Pieve D'Alpago in the Dolada Mountains.
This popular competition is limited to DHV1-2 gliders and is open to all but the top 25 ranked Italian pilots.
Flying his Gin Oasis, Federico dominated both race tasks to take the title with ease.
Federico praised the Oasis for being very safe and stable yet high performance.

8. Final of the Paragliding World Cup - Korea

The Paragliding World Cup tour is coming to Korea for the first time !
This is a big achievement for Gin himself who has been working for 15 years to develop Korean competition pilots to international level.
The final of the PWC tour 2002 took place between September 29th and October 5th, in one of the most beautiful flying areas in Korea, Mun Kyeong.
Of course the best GIN Team pilots was there, but Gin and his factory test pilots was also competing.
Overall result of the 2002 tour: 3 GIN on the top 3 ! Alex Hofer (CH) is the winner of the World Cup 2002.
