The first ever paraglider crossing of the Grand Canyon by Will Gadd (Canada, GIN team pilot) on the Zoom!

Recently Will Gadd, the world recorder for long distance flight with his Boomerang, 432km, crossed the Grand Canyon with the Zoom. Here's some description of Will.

It was an amazing, very serious flight-unlike flying in the mountains, if I landed in the bottom it would be a many-day hike out in extreme hot conditions, many people die there.

I choose the Zoom for its combination of safety and performance, it worked perfectly. Even while climbing in strong thermals I was able to shoot some video one-handed for a TV show, and take these photos, amazing glider, thanks! I have had the two best flights of my life this year on the Zoom, and I'm thinking of just flying the Zoom now, it's so damn good!

I had to climb to about 5500M to start across the Canyon, and much of the flight was done above 5000M, I had some fun with the cold and low oxygen but the glider was perfect.
