GIN factory pilot Yasushi Kobayashi ("Taro") shows how to adjust our flagship race harness and highlights some of the new features for 2011.

These new features include a pocket for a SPOT-type emergency GPS tracker and a hook-knife. The hook-knife was personally tested by our Austrian partner, soon after delivery. He managed to use it TWICE in a single flight--firstly to cut his canopy lines after having thrown his rescue parachute and secondly, to cut away his reserve to prevent a dragging after landing. Although these devices are a last resort and should never be relied on, they could make a critical difference in extreme circumstances.
